Bio

Madeleine Primavera Bailey is a multidisciplinary artist. She holds an MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (Painting and Drawing) and an AB from Brown University (Visual Art, Literary Art).

Madeleine has an active curatorial practice and has served as a faculty member in The School of the Art Institute of Chicago's Low-Residency MFA program. She has shown her work at galleries and independent spaces nationally and internationally, and has been awarded residencies at Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA), Kimmel Harding Nelson (KHN), OxBow, Vermont Studio Center (VSC), Chicago Artists Coalition, and ACRE.

She lives and works in Chicago, IL.
